RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All products on bylinnea.com are custom made to order especially for you! According to Distance Selling Regulations, custom made items are exempt from compulsory refund or exchange policies. We're sorry but at this time BY LINNEA cannot accept refunds or exchanges due to the fact that the products are customised and made to order, so please purchase seriously.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT GODS
If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report to the courier staff when you receive it.
If any product you received is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered we will ship a new product, if available in stock, as soon as we have received the product and approved the return. If the product is not available we will make a full refund to you. Please note that we are not repaying any return shipping charges that you have organised and paid for yourself, you will have to use our shipping methods in order for us to reimburse the return shipping cost.
Before you send your items back to us you need to send an e-mail to email@example.com You will then receive return instructions by e-mail. Do not ship anything without contacting us first, as this may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding.
Important information - Items must be returned within 14 days after the package reached you.
BY LINNEA reserve the right not to compensate for returned packages lost under the shipping process.
All refunds will be carried out primarily through the same payment option you used for your purchase. Expect the refund within 7 working days from the date that the package reached us.
Returns that are , soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to trying the item on) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without a refund. We reserve the right to charge a shipping and administration fee.
If you refuse your order or if we can´t deliver the goods because of incorrect information provided by you, we will deduct a fee to cover our shipping costs from your refund.
